• Identify and apply common research-based feedback models used in the healthcare sector
• Apply one of these models in their regular work role and then reflect on this experience with a peer assessor.

At the end of this course, you will be able to identify and apply a research-based feedback model with colleagues in the healthcare sector

• Contemplate the consequences of being receptive to feedback and explore strategies to provide feedback in order to enhance outcomes
• Identify and apply feedback strategies with colleagues in a healthcare setting and complete a peer assessment review
